Shannon + Joy – Mumbai Couple Portraits

” I love you ! , would you marry me ?” – Joy on his knees, with his heart pounding and broad smile, sliding the ring on to Shannon’s finger..expecting a big yes.

“Oye, you put the ring in the wrong finger!” came the quick reply and both bursted into giggles and laughter and falling into each others arms.  Shannon and Joy are a beautiful couple nurturing their love since college days and plan to marry this year in December.

Shannon was awake till 3:00 am morning making the save the date up stationery and still manage to wake up fresh for a 7.30 early morning couple shoot. The Duo have been planning every little detail and hand making stuff for personally.

Jigisha + Chris – Mumbai Hindu Wedding Photographer

It all happened a couple of weeks after meeting each other… Chris and Jigisha went hiking up Uetliberg, the tallest mountain in Zurich. Little did they know that a small funny incident would change their lives for ever for good. The trek uphill was fine even though it was kinda easy for Jigisha to not lose her balance and climb the slippery paths of the mountain. But on their way down, Jigisha tripped and fell surprisingly on a flat surface. Read More

“Singapore doesn’t allow firecrackers and Chinese lanterns to be lit. So I selected India just because I could have firecrackers on my wedding day” said Lynn while getting ready for her nuptials. Read More

And our Eyes Met – Mumbai Wedding Photographer

Mumbai Wedding Photographer

Here one of the most classic photo from pre wedding couple portrait session. Shot in our very own Navi Mumbai during early morning hours.

Love is… Mumbai Couple Portrait Photographer

Love is…
Just what you need to start your day!
Here is a post featuring a couple portrait post after a series of weddings… As said they are fun and fun is an understatement. You have lot more excitement and crazy experiences before your weddings amongst all the hush and rush of the wedding preparations than on your wedding day.  Even if you are married or just planning to in near future, portrait sessions tries to translate the Warmth, Fun and Love that you both share. It’s the most coolest way you can store all those memories in exquisite images that just remind you how awesome couple you are.
To be honest lets face it – When was the last time you both shared a romantic moment and wished that you could capture to be cherished and reminisced every single day? If No, Go ahead this is right time for you to book me.
To end this post a portrait from a recent couple portrait session in wintry mornings of Navi Mumbai. Yes, Navi Mumbai! And this portrait is undoubtedly my best photo created so far. Do leave a comment if this photo speaks to your heart and made your day!

Just realized a photo from Deane + Amol’s wedding was shown as honorable mention in BP Wedding Photographer of the Year 2011 in Couple Portraiture category. It’s one of the great achievement and sadly could enjoy after a year. 😛

Thanks to all the incredible support that everyone has been provided me so far. Its a long journey and hope to reach my goals soon 🙂

Wodehouse Church – Colaba, Mumbai

There lots of old churches in and around Mumbai. One of the famous ones is Wodehouse Church in Colaba, Mumbai. I had an opportunity to shoot a wedding at this church and fell in love with it. I love the Arch’ details, the fresco designs on the walls. I always been wanting to shoot a wedding in a Gothic church. It gives that rich feeling to the weddings. Usually I visit the churches atleast a week prior to wedding to check the lighting and rules and regulations of the church so that we don’t have any issues on the wedding day.
